产品生命周期管理的数字化工厂实验系统建设探索

         

摘要

As an applied discipline, it is important for Industry Engineering ( IE) to construct the Digitalized Factory ( DF) experimental system for Product Lifecycle Management ( PLM ) , to strengthen the practical ability and comprehensive application ability of students, and to train adaptive talents. Based on the practical application requirements of DF,the building goal is presented firstly. Then,the program of experimental system is proposed with the real development requirements of regional industrial clusters in Wenzhou. Finally, some discussions on the related practical teaching development and design have been issued, providing reference for the training of adaptive personnel for industry engineering.%作为一门应用型学科,IE专业必须重视面向PLM的DF实验系统的建设,以强化学生的系统实践和综合应用能力,培养适应数字化制造需求的专业工程人才.基于DF的实践应用需求,提出了面向PLM的DF实验系统的建设目标;基于此目标,结合温州区域产业集群发展要求,提出了温州大学DF实验系统的建设方案,并讨论了相关的实践教学开发与设计,为培养适应性IE人才提供一些参考.
