复合高效空气过滤非织造材料的制备及其性能

             

摘要

为提高普通非织造布的空气过滤性能,将聚苯乙烯(质量百分数20%)与聚杂环联苯芳醚砜酮(80%)溶解在二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,配成总浓度为15%的纺丝液.用引发剂和乳液预浸渍处理的聚酯非织造布为接受屏,在一定纺丝条件下,将纺丝液通过静电纺丝方法在其表面沉积一层电纺超细纤维膜,然后进行高温处理,最终形成复合过滤材料.用扫描电镜分析了电纺纤维层的形貌以及黏结性,用激光尘埃粒子计数器测定了过滤特性.结果显示:电纺纤维直径只有数μm,原位乳液聚合改善了两纤维材料间的黏结作用,使普通无纺布空气过滤效率从20%提高到大于95%.%A novel tier composite nonwoven material was prepared by solution electrostatic depositing of ultrafine fibers of poly( phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) modified by polystyrene onto conventional polyester nonwoven in order to improve the air filtration of conventional nonwoven fabrics. The air filtration efficiency was increased from 20% for the virgin nonwoven to over 95% for the tier composite one with the laser particle counter. The images from scanning electron microscope indicate that the diameters of electrospun fibers are only several micrometers and the interfacial adhesion between the two fiber layers is enhanced much by using in-situ emulsion polymerization and both of them are endowed with good air filtration properties.
