浅析高校招标档案管理

摘要

从高校招标档案管理的现状出发,总结当前高校招标档案管理过程中存在规章制度不健全,招标档案管理工作人员的素质有待提高,招标档案管理的意识有待增强等问题,并提出相应的对策.从意识、制度和人员等方面不断推进高校招标档案管理工作的规范化、模式化、制度化,实现高校招标体制不断完善,为我国高校招标档案管理的发展提供参考.%In view of the present situation of tendering file management and the problems in the process of file management in universities, the corresponding countermeasure were proposed in this paper. Besides, it is pointed out that rules and regulations concerning tendering should be improved, the quality of the staff members should be raised and the importance of tendering file management should be emphasized.
