LIMS在生物学实验教学和管理中的应用

         

摘要

为了推进实验教学与管理的信息化建设,提高实验教学过程的管理效率与管理水平,实现优质实验教学资源充分共享,保证人才培养质量的不断提升,设计研发了实验室信息管理系统(LIMS).该系统包括实验教学、资源、检测和科研等管理流程,将现代实验教学理念、以人为本的管理思想、现代分析检测技术与信息技术融于一体,实现了实验教学规范化、信息化、网络化和无纸化管理.实践证明,实验室信息管理系统为生物学实验室的高效运行、实验教学全过程管理和量化评价起到了重要作用.%In order to boost the informatization construction of experimental teaching and management, improve the management efficiency and level of experimental teaching process, achieve the fully sharing of high-quality experimental teaching resources and ensure the constant promotion of talent cultivation quality, this paper researched and developed a Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) , which includes management procedures of experimental teaching, resources, detection and scientific research, etc. It combines modern experimental teaching philosophy and human-oriented management concept with modern analysis and detection technology and information technology. Consequently, the standardization, informatization, networking and paperless form of the comprehensive management of experimental teaching are realized. It has been proved that the LIMS plays an important role in the highly efficient operation of biology laboratories, tracing management of experimental teaching process and laboratory quantification evaluation through practice.
