以市售0#柴油为分散相,自来水为连续相,采用机械搅拌的方法制备乳状液,研究了乳化过程中乳化剂、助乳剂和稳定剂的种类及用量对乳液稳定性的影响.结果表明,以质量比为20:13:7的Span80、Tween80和十二烷基硫酸钠为复配乳化剂,HLB=14,用量1.5%;以正丁醇为助乳剂,用量5%;以聚乙二醇为稳定剂,用量0.5%时,所得乳液的稳定性最好.实验条件下所得乳状液内相粒径分布均匀,约为5 ~6μm;自然放置条件下,稳定时间超过20 d;且具有很好的热稳定性.同时,以所制乳液为捕收剂进行了煤泥浮选实验.结果表明,浮选结束时,精煤产率与0#柴油相同,节油率达到70%以上,精煤灰分比柴油低0.74%.%For the purposes of improving the stability of emulsified diesel collector, the 0# diesel oil in the market was taken as a dispersed phase, the tap water as the continuous phase, and the mechanical agitation as the approach of emulsification, the effect of the emulsifier, the co-emulsifier and stabilizing agent on the emulsion stability was studied. The results showed the optimum chemical formula as follows; the hydrophile - lipophile balance value was 14, the quantity ratio of the sorbitan monooleate, the polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and sodium lauryl sulfate were 20:13 'o1 respectively to mixed emulsifier, the dosage of mixed emulsifier was 1.5% (quantity fraction) , the dosage of co-emulsifier which was n-butyl alcohol was 5% (quantity fraction) , and dosage of stabilizing agent polyethylene glycol was 0.5% (quantity fraction). The Grain-size of emulsion's disperse phase is approximately 5 to 6 μm equally and of uniform distribution. The stabilization time surpasses 20 d and shows good thermal stability. At the same time, the result shows that compared to 0# diesel oil, the clean coal rate was same in the end of floatation, the economizing rate of petrol is above 70% , and the ash content of clean coal is 0. 74% lower than diesel oil based on the preliminary floatation experiment.
