对实验教学过程规范化管理的思考与实践

摘要

Based on the discussion and analysis of the crucial problems in experimental teaching programs in universities, a novel modified method was proposed in this paper to strengthen and standardize the management of experimental teaching process. By the construction of laboratory, the technique of the proposed method was systematically used in the development of hardware and software of experiment devices, and the method was applied very well in experimental teaching.%通过分析目前在大学本科实验教学过程中普遍存在的关键问题,提出了强化与规范实验教学过程的改进方法.通过实验室的硬件建设和软件开发得到了系统性的体现,把实验质量控制与教学过程管理有机结合起来,并在实验教学的实践中得到了良好的应用,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益.该方法研究所体现的理念和应用实践证明:只有当理念、制度、方法和手段有机地结合起来,才能将理念变成实践,才能达到预期的教学效果,才能实现实践教学的目标管理.
