基于结构光的失效钣金件逆向重构实验

             

摘要

提出逆向工程技术实验课程,制定了实验方案.通过研究与实践证明,学生利用结构光扫描测量系统以及相关的逆向工程软件Geomagic,对失效钣金件实物进行曲面外形逆向重构,并修复失效变形区域,最终可获得良好的曲面模型.该实验不仅能够让学生了解产品的逆向设计技术及流程,而且有利于学生掌握逆向工程技术的基本原理及关键技术要点,从而增强学生创新设计与工程实践能力.同时,通过结构光测量系统可快速对失效变形产品进行造型重构修复,能满足产品快速设计的需要.%Reverse engineering was one of the hot spots in modern design method. For mechanical engineering majors, the important contents of the course were the use of the reverse engineering equipments and the operation of reverse engineering software. An experimental course of reverse engineering used in advanced design and manufacture field was presented in this paper. Practice proves that this experiment not only helps students understand the technologies and processes of the reverse engineering, but also to helps them master the basic abilities of the engineering design and practice, thus enhancing their ability of engineering practice and innovative design. By using the structure light measuring system, the surface of products with broken shape can be restructured rapidly to satisfy the need of rapid product design.
