三容水箱计算机控制仿真与实验系统的研发

     

摘要

三容水箱是典型的非线性、强耦合、多变量和时延对象,有较强的工业背景.同时,在自动化及其相关专业教学中,也是重要的实验仪器.为解决目前三容水箱实验装置体积大、成本高、仿真和实际应用难以兼容的问题,三容水箱计算机控制实验台采用微型化设计方式,上位机使用Matlab GUI软件开发,同时设计各类相关的简单、复杂控制实验.使系统具有体积小,功能齐全,界面友好,算法开放,仿真与实际应用相结合的特点.%Three-tank,a typical nonlinear,strong coupling,multivariable and time delay object,has wide industrial applications.Besides,it is an important experiment instrument in automation and related professional teaching.However,the three-tank experimental devices are usually large,expensive,making simulation and actual application un-compatible.To solve this problem,a three-tank computer-controlled simulation and experimental system was developed using the Matlab GUI software development.Meanwhile,various types of relatively simple and complex control experiments can also be designed.The system has the advantages of small volume,complete functions,friendly interface,algorithm open,simulation and practical application of combined features.
