电子政务实验教学平台的设计与实现

摘要

电子政务实验教学平台是实现电子政务专业人才培养的重要物质基础保障.我国在电子政务实验教学上存在着诸多问题,如重理论、轻实践；实验教学资源投入不足；实验教学平台系统不完善；缺少具有跨学科研究教学能力的教师等问题.这些问题制约着电子政务实验教学水平的提高和电子政务人才培养目标的实现.本文在分析电子政务实验教学平台建设的时代发展背景基础上,从我国政府当前电子政务发展应用现状出发,有针对性的提出电子政务实验教学平台的设计思路和方案,同时对设计方案的实现途径进行了探讨,具有一定的应用价值.%Based on the analysis of the background and the construction of e-government experiment and teaching platform,and taking into consideration the actual application of the platform,this paper put forward the ideas and the design of an experiment and teaching platform and explored the ways to realize the design,providing reference for the construction of e-government experiment and teaching platforms in other universities.
