三通道大气颗粒物采样器的研制及实验效果

摘要

In this paper,a type of three-channel atmospheric particulate matter sampler closely related to atmospheric environmental science and environmental monitoring technology was proposed,which can be used to monitor the quality of atmospheric environment by sampling the atmospheric suspended particulate matters.To meet the requirements of environmental monitoring,a YL-1 type three-channel atmospheric particulate matter sampler was designed using a highpowered piston vacuum pump and a clash cutter as the air-extractor and the particle filter respectively,and using a glass rotameter for flow velocity control.The sampler cam sample three types of samples,such as TSP,PM10,PM2.5,The sampler is proved to be effective and can be widely used for environmental monitoring.%为了能适应环境监测过程中长时间露天采集近地表大气颗粒物样品的需求,研制了YL-1型三通道大气颗粒物采样器.采样器机体为不锈钢材料,以大功率活塞式真空泵为吸气装置,撞击式切割器为颗粒筛滤器,利用玻璃转子流量计控制流速,可同时采集城市TSP、PM10、PM2.5 3个不同粒径样品.采样器还可固定在水泥地面,具有防水防盗功能.经实地采样实验和采样结果测试,仪器测试效果良好,可以用作环境监测中大气颗粒物样品采集的有效工具.
