液体流量仪表性能校准系统开发

     

摘要

为了实现高度自动化的流量仪表性能校准,开发了液体流量仪表性能校准系统.该系统采用静态质量法对涡街流量计、涡轮流量计、电磁流量计、孔板式流量计4种常用流量计进行检定,就流量计的总量和电流信号测量流量的性能进行测试.通过分析流量仪表性能测试的原理,确定了校准系统的基本功能,设计了校准系统的测控平台;在.NET开发环境下运用面向对象的设计方法开发了相应的测控软件,应用于该平台.软件具有数据采集、计算分析、显示打印及历史数据查询等功能.运行结果表明,系统性能稳定、可靠、自动化程度高,各项测试性能指标达到了设计要求,实用性强.%In this paper, a performance testing system for liquid flow meters was developed to test the performance of flow meters automatically. Static mass method was used in this system to verify four common flow meters, such as vortex flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter and orifice plate flowmeter. The measurement on the total amount of the flow meter and the performance of flow measurement by current signal was made. After elaborating on the principle of the performance testing of the flow meter, basic functions of the system were confirmed and structural platform of test system was designed. The test software was developed with object-oriented method on the . NET development environment, which was applied to the platform and with such functions as data acquisition, calculation, analysis, display, print, and history data query. The operation result shows that the system is highly stable, reliable and automatic, which meets the design requirements.
