基于改进CS算法的电网损耗最小仿真研究

         

摘要

利用布谷鸟算法(Cuckoo Search algorithm,CS)求解电力系统无功优化问题是一种新的方式,但其中的两个重要参数取的是固定值,导致其在迭代后期收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优,因此引入动态发现概率Pa、步长因子a以及一个改进的步长搜索方程,形成改进布谷鸟算法(Improved Cuckoo Search algorithm,ICS).本文基于Matlab软件,将CS和ICS分别对IEEE30节点测试系统进行仿真实验,以验证算法的有效性.实验结果表明,利用ICS算法求解无功优化问题可以在提高收敛性能的同时得到使电网损耗更小的解.通过该仿真实验,将理论运用到实践中,使学生提高仿真能力,进一步加深对无功优化的理解.%Using the Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CS) to solve the reactive power optimization problem in power systems is a new way.But two of the important parameters are constants which lead to the slow convergence speed in the late iterations,and it is easy to fall into local optimum.Thus,the variations of the two main parameters and an improved step search equation are introduced into the improved Cuckoo Search Algorithm (ICS).In this paper,in order to verify the validity,CS and ICS have been examined and tested in IEEE3.0 bus test system based on MATLAB software.The simulation results show that,using ICS to solve the reactive power optimization problem can minimize power losses,at the same time,improve the convergence performance.The method can improve students' simulation level and promote the understanding of reactive power optimization.
