加强高校实验室安全工作的几点思考

摘要

Based on the long-standing safety problems in college labs,such as management system is not adapted,rules and regulations are not perfect,user's safe consciousness is light,facilities and infrastructure is outdated,laws and regulations does not reach the designated position,then an introduction is made of some practices and experience in lab safety of Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU).The SWJTU enhances lab safety management system and rules,establishes lab safety self-examination and Reporting System,records potential safety problems and follows up corrective action,carries forward lab safety permission system.Some thoughts and comments are put forward,people-oriented prevention and safety first are emphasized and to be regarded as the basic principle to perform lab safety management.College should establish safety management system,focus on safety implements,strengthen safety input,enhance safety education,create safety culture to raise safety awareness,implement standardization and normalization management,to make further improvement on safety of lab.%针对高校实验室安全工作存在的管理体制不适应、规章制度不健全、安全意识淡薄、设施陈旧拥挤、规章落实不到位等安全惯性问题及其原因,介绍了西南交通大学的一些做法和经验,如加强实验室安全体系和制度建设、建立实验室安全每日报告和自查制度、建立实验室安全隐患台账追踪整改、加强安全教育培训、推进实验室安全准入制度等.对未来实验室安全工作提出若干建议,强调以人为本、预防为主,是高校实验室安全工作的基本原则,高校应在建立安全管理体系、注重落实安全制度、加大实验室安全投入、加强安全教育与培训、营造实验室安全文化、实行规范化标准化管理、吸取先进经验等方面进一步做好实验室安全管理工作.
