地方大学精品土木工程专业实验室建设探究

摘要

As an important base for cultivating students' practical ability and innovative spirit,the construction of professional laboratory in civil engineering is of great significance.Under the background of construction of high-level local universities,the teaching evaluation results of the undergraduate program in civil engineering in our department was summarized,and the existing experimental conditions were combed.A comprehensive comparison on the laboratory construction in civil engineering in all Shanghai municipal universities was also conducted.The necessity to construct a high-level professional laboratory in civil engineering in our university was illustrated,and the laboratory construction idea was elaborated from four aspects,i.e.,laboratory construction direction,teaching system composition,technical team building and construction planning,so as to promote the characteristic construction in civil engineering and provide a solid foundation for the personnel training in the strategic area of the country and Shanghai.%土木工程专业实验室,作为培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重要基地,其建设具有重要意义.在高水平地方大学建设的背景下,结合土木工程专业本科专业教学评估的结果,对现有实验条件进行了梳理,并通过与上海各市属高校土木工程专业实验室建设的综合对比,说明学校为打造精品土木工程高水平专业实验室建设的必要性.并从实验室建设方向、实验室教学体系构成、实验室队伍建设以及实验室建设规划四方面阐述了土木工程专业实验室的建设思路,以推进土木工程专业的特色建设,为国家和上海市在战略性领域的人才培养提供坚实基础.
