基于综合改革视角的高校实验室队伍建设

     

摘要

高校综合改革,以人事制度改革为突破口,将实验室队伍纳入师资队伍统一设计、统一建设.以南京理工大学为例,通过实施综合改革,整合建设实验中心,改革实验室队伍人事管理政策和建设模式,措施联动,以实验中心作为建设和管理主体,定编定岗定责,改变传统的人员定位边缘化观念,激发人员发展动力,逐步建立一支管理规范、高效稳定、协同创新的实验室团队,支撑人才培养和科技创新,也为高校实验室队伍建设发展提供了借鉴和参考.%Based on the comprehensive reform of colleges,with the reform of personnel system as the breakthrough point,the laboratory team is integrated into the teaching staff,unified design and unified construction.Taking Nanjing University of Science and Technology as an example,through the implementation of comprehensive reform,experimental centers are integrated,management policies of laboratory team and construction mode are reformed,all measures are worked together.The experimental center is taken as the main body of construction and management,the formation,post and duty are fixed,the traditional concept of personnel positioning marginalization is changed.These motivate staff development,and gradually establish a standardized,efficient and stable and collaborative innovation lab team,which supports the personnel training and technological innovation,and also provides the reference for the development of lab team construction.
