气固二相流固相颗粒播撒装置设计及数值模拟

     

摘要

为了给风沙二相流风洞提供在空气中分布均匀且体积流量可控的固相颗粒,设计了气固二相流固相颗粒播撒装置,并数值模拟了开关开度与固相颗粒流量变化关系.同时数值模拟了气固二相流固相颗粒在播撒装置中的变化情况,气固二相流固相颗粒被送出气固二相流固相颗粒播撒装置后固相颗粒的布情况.结果显示,固相颗粒流出过程随着送沙开关打开呈近似稳定的线性变化,固相颗粒在被送出气固二相流固相颗粒播撒装置后粒子在气流中分散均匀.气固二相流固相颗粒播撒装置送出的固相颗粒分散较好、流场稳定、固相颗粒浓度可控,可以作为风沙二相流风洞实验装置的固相颗粒播撒设备.%In order to provide solid particles with uniform distribution and controllable volume flow,a gas-solid twophase flow solid particle seeding device was designed.Numerical simulations of the opening and solid particle flow were completed.At the same time,the changes of gas-solid two-phase flow solid particles in the seeding device and the gassolid two-phase flow solid particles were sent out by the gas-solid two-phase flow solid particle seeding device.The results show that the flow of solid particles is approximately linear with the opening of the sand feeding switch,and the solid particles are dispersed in the air stream when the solid particles are sent out by the gas-solid two-phase flow.Gassolid two-phase flow particle seeding device spreads solid particles well,particle concentration in flow field is good and stability is controllable.The device can be used as a solid particle seeding tool in wind tunnel experiment.
