中国教育研究的国际发文及其学术影响力——基于2000-2018年SSCI期刊论文的研究

     

摘要

This paper digs into the current status and influence of China's domestic educational research and foreign academic publications of research on education in China. Four SSCI journal article databases (i.e. the Mainland China-Hong Kong-Taiwan database, the Mainland China database, foreign database, and the global publications database) have been established. The quantity of papers, authors of highly cited papers, and frequencies of citations have been analyzed. The paper reveals that research on China's education has developed rapidly during the recent decade on a global scale and its academic influence is constantly improving. A wide range of topics have been concerned and the relevant researchers is increasingly diversified. It seems that the world system of knowledge production has shifted from a center-periphery pattern to a multi-subject networked pattern of cooperation. More than twothirds of highly cited papers are co-authored by foreign, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China's scholars. Institutions in Hong Kong and Taiwan have become centers of publishing highly and globally cited papers, while the academic influence of highly cited papers published by Hong Kong, Taiwan, and foreign scholars is significantly higher than Mainland China's domestic outputs. Although the significance of scholars in Mainland China has gradually increased, their knowledge production processes still depend on Hong Kong, Taiwan, and foreign academic circles. Therefore, it seems necessary for Mainland China's educational researchers to shift from focusing on the quantitative growth of publications to emphasizing the quality of academic outcomes and their worldwide influence.%通过建立2000-2018年SSCI期刊中国教育研究论文的全球库、中国大陆-香港-台湾三地库、中国大陆库和国外库,基于论文数量、高被引论文作者及引用频次的分析,揭示国际中国教育研究的发文状况及其学术影响力.研究发现,国际中国教育研究的知识生产发展快、主体多元、学术影响力不断提升.知识生产由中心-边缘格局转向多元主体并存和网络化合作格局,2/3以上的高被引论文为合著成果.港台地区高校成为发文主力和全球高被引论文的生产中心,国外学者的单篇论文学术影响力高,港台地区和国外学者高被引论文的学术影响力高于中国大陆学者.中国大陆学者作用逐渐提升,但主要扮演"知识加工者"角色,对于港台和国外学术网络存在依附关系.国际中国教育研究应从侧重发文的数量转变为同时重视论文的数量、质量水平和学术影响力.
