论职业教育的转型发展

摘要

本文在总结了当前职业教育发展问题的基础上，论述了职业教育向“中国创造”转型发展的策略：完善职业教育法律保障体系．加大政府对职业教育的投入力度；更新观念，切实提高职业教育教学质量；加强职业教育的宏观管理和微观管理，优化职业教育专业及课程设置等教育教学内容；制定优惠政策，为转型发展集聚人才；创新办学，大力营造创新文化。%Based on a summary of the problems in the development of current vocational education, the current paper explores the strategy of vocational education transition into ＂create in China＂： improving the legal system of vocational education, increasing the government investment in vocational education, updating the ideas and effectively improving the quality of vocational education, strengthening macro-management and micro-management of the vocational education, optimizing the curriculum of vocational education, formulating preferential policies of talent attraction for the transformation and development, innovating vocational education and vigorously creating culture of innovation.
