组织的变与不变:“目标--结构”框架下的组织演进研究

     

摘要

This paper constructs the model that environmental change impacts the organizational evolution,and analyses deeply the influence of technological and institutional environment change on the path of organizational evolution since the industrial revolution.It is suggested that in the process of the evolution of enterprise organization,its nature does not change;the network characteristics organization derived from informatization,and the traditional hierarchical organization have a common organizational nature.However,the obvious changes have taken place in organizational forms, ranged from the early factory system organization,to functional and divisional type,and then to network type.During different periods,the dominant organization type shows different characteristics since the industrial revolution.%本文以理性观对组织本质特征的界定为研究的切入点,对工业革命以来技术和制度环境变迁对组织演进的影响路径进行深入剖析。研究发现,在企业组织演进过程中,组织本质并未发生变化,以信息化为背景兴起的各类具有网络化特征的新组织形式与传统层级组织都具有组织的本质特征;但组织形式发生了明显变化,从早期工厂制简单形式,到职能型、事业部型,再到网络型,工业革命以来不同时期居于主导地位的组织形式呈现出不同的特征。
