云创新与互联网金融生态系统构建——以阿里金融云为例

摘要

阿里金融板块依托阿里电商、金融、泛娱乐等多业务领域所积累的客户资源、信息资源、技术资源、人才资源,利用云计算、大数据等信息处理技术,形成涵盖支付、银行、理财、消费金融、股权众筹、保险、征信在内的全方位、全业态的互联网金融生态系统.本文基于云创新理论视角,尝试利用云创新模式从主体、要素、路径、平台到生态系统的创新机理与运行机制来阐释阿里云金融的创新过程和互联网金融生态系统的构建路径,同时通过阿里金融云的案例进一步剖析云创新理论在互联网金融创新领域的应用途径,将进一步完善云创新理论的架构,并为互联网金融行业的创新和发展提供一定的借鉴.%Ali finance relies on the customer,information,technology and human resources accumulated from electricity business,internet finance,entertainment and other business areas,with the use of cloud computing,big data and other information processing technology,forming a comprehensive internet finance ecosystem which covers payments,banking,finance,consumer finance,crowd funding,insurance,credit and so on.Based on the cloud innovation theory,this paper tries to take advantage of the cloud innovation model to explain the process of internet finance ecosystem from the perspective of the body,elements,paths,platforms and the operation mechanism.Besides,by analysing the case of Ali Fin-Cloud,the cloud innovation theory will be applied in the internet financial innovation and will be improved,to provide suggestions for the development of the internet financial innovation.
