一种塔式起重机高度测量系统的FMEA分析研究

摘要

塔式起重机高度测量系统用于测量和监控塔式起重机的实际高度.通过FMEA分析方法,分析了塔式起重机高度测量系统的故障模式及其影响,给出了系统各电子部件的故障模式及其严酷度,并提出了设计改进措施和使用补偿措施.%Height measuring system on tower cranes is used to measure and monitor the actual height of tower cranes.This paper employs FMEA analysis method to analyze the failure mode and effects of the system,points out the failure mode and severity and designs the improving and compensating measures.
