基于生命周期理论及FAHP法的生物质能项目评价体系构建

摘要

随着生物质能源项目数量的增多,对其公正、客观地评价有利于此类能源项目自身不断整改及整体行业的顺畅发展.文章基于生命周期理论和FAHP法构建了生物质能源项目的评价体系,并计算出权重指标集,给出了评价算法.此评价体系的构建对于全面、客观地评价生物质能源项目具有一定的价值.%The fait and objective evaluation system of biomass project will be beneficial to itself and trie whole industry development. The evaluation system of biomass project is established which based on life cycle theory and FAHP method in this paper,then its weighted-index set is calculated and evaluation algorithm is designed. The work of this paper will be beneficial to evaluate biomass energy project comprehensively and objectively.
