电动汽车退运电池用于储能电站的经济性是业界关注的焦点.文章通过分析梯次利用电池储能全寿命周期成本,结合平准化成本(LCOE)分析原理,建立了考虑梯次利用电池运行特性和寿命特征的梯次利用电池储能平准化成本分析模型.将该模型应用于算例分析,并对比分析了梯次利用电池储能与新电池储能的平准化成本.在此基础上,探讨了影响风电项目LCOE的敏感性因素,分析了储能电站的充电来自弃风及增加政府补贴两种情景下梯次利用电池储能的经济性.%Economics of secondary battery from electric vehicle batteries for energy storage become the focus of the industry. In this paper, by analyzing the life cycle cost of secondary battery energy storage, and based on the principle of LCOE, a levelized cost of energy model is established for analyzing economics of secondary battery energy storage.The model is applied to a case, and comparative analysis the LCOE of secondary battery energy storage and new battery energy. On this basis, the sensitivity factors of LCOE are discussed, and economics under the charging of energy storage power station from the abandoned wind scenario and government subsidy scenario are analyzed. This study is of great significance for the development of secondary battery energy storage.
