海上风电场通过高压海缆接入陆上电网.长距离高压海缆的充电功率使得海上风电场与内陆风电场的无功规划有较大不同.文章首先分析了海上风电场集电系统与汇集系统的无功消耗和充电功率特点,考虑电压调整和无功就地平衡的要求,建立了海上风电场的无功配置的一般计算流程.对于不同容量、不同离岸距离的海上风电场给出了典型的无功容量和地点的配置方案,为规划提供了参考.%Offshore wind farms are always connected to the power grid with high voltage alternating current cables. Reactive charging power of long submarine cables result in difference between the reactive power planning of onshore wind farms and that of offshore wind farms. First, the characteristics of reactive power loss and charging power in collection system and transmission system of offshore wind farms are analyzed. Then, considering the request of voltage stability and reactive power balance, this paper has proposed a general calculation method of reactive power configuration of offshore wind farm. For some typical wind farms with different capacity and different distances to the shore, the whole capacity of reactive power and specific strategy of reactive power planning are represented for planning suggestion.
