折形折流板式太阳能空气集热器的数值模拟

         

摘要

In order to improve the efficiency of the heat collector of the solar air collector, this paper proposes a folded baffled solar air collector to increase the heat collector area, enhance the air flow and heat transfer effect in the flow channel. The influence of different folding angle (60,90,120 degree) of baffle plate on collector efficiency is obtained through numerical simulation, and when the folding angle of the baffle plate is 60 degree, the parameters of collector efficiency, heat loss coefficient, heat transfer factor and pressure loss of the collector under the conditions of different baffle plate space and inlet wind velocity of collector are obtained. The study results show that at the inlet temperature is 278 K,the environmental temperature is 274 K and the inlet wind velocity is 2 m/s, if the folding degree is 60, the maximum inlet temperature is 350.35 K, the maximum heating efficiency is 55.47% , and when the baffle plate space is 350 mm. The heat efficiency and the transfer factor of the baffle is the maximum, are 57.34% and 0.595 namely.%为了提高太阳能空气集热器的集热效率,文章提出了折形折流板式集热器,以增大集热面积,增强空气在流道内的扰流和换热效果.通过数值模拟得到,折流板的不同折形角度(60,90,120°)对集热器集热效率的影响,以及当折流板的折形角度为60°时,不同折流板间距、集热器进口风速条件下集热器的集热效率、热损失系数、热迁移因子和压力损失等.研究结果表明:当集热器进口温度为278 K,环境温度为274 K,集热器进口风速为2 m/s时,若折形角度为60°,则集热器的出口温度最大,为350.35 K,集热效率最高,为55.47%;当折流板间距为350 mm时,集热器的集热效率与热迁移因子最大,分别为57.34%,0.595.
