O2/CO2气氛下沙柳燃烧特性及动力学研究

         

摘要

文章采用TG-DTG-DTA联用技术,对内蒙古沙柳在不同O2/CO2浓度下的燃烧特性进行研究,并运用Coats-Redfern法和Malek法对沙柳挥发分燃烧和焦炭燃烧两个阶段进行了动力学分析.结果表明:随着O2浓度的增加,沙柳着火温度升高,最大燃烧速率温度和燃尽温度降低,燃尽残余量降低;可燃性指数、燃尽性指数和综合燃烧特性指数均呈现增长趋势;挥发分燃烧阶段机理函数由化学反应F3转变为成核和生长A1,焦炭燃烧阶段机理函数由二维扩散转变为一维扩散;两个阶段表观活化能E和频率因子A 均随O2浓度的增大而增大.%In this paper, TG-DTG-DTA was adapted to study the combustion characteristics of Salix with different concentrations of O2/CO2. The methods of Coats-Redfern and Malek have been applied to kinetics study during the two periods of the volatiles combustion and coke combustion. The results show that: with the increase of O2 concentration, the firing temperature of Salix increased, the temperature at the maximum burning rate and at the burning up decreased, the residual residue was reduced. Flammability index, burnout index and comprehensive combustion characteristics index show increasing trends. The mechanism function of the volatiles combustion stage is changed from chemical reaction F3 to nucleation and growth A1. The mechanisms function of the coke combustion change from two-dimensional diffusion into one-dimensional diffusion. Both of the apparent activation energies E and the frequency factor A increase with the increasing of O2 concentration.
