基于秸秆的生活热能复合供应模式在黑龙江省村镇的资源可行性评估

         

摘要

In this study, an integrated supply mode of living heat based on densification, dry distillation and boiler burning of crop residues was proposed. This mode could improve living quality of local residents, substitute for fossil fuels, save primary energies, reduce indoor and outdoor pollutions, enhance reliability of energy supplement and achieve economic benefits. The resource feasibility assessment of this mode in Heilongjiang showed that the 8 prefecture-level divisions located in Songnen Plain and Sanjiang Plain are very suitable or suitable areas with abundant crop residues. The supply capacities of the 8 divisions in both rural and rural-town scenarios were larger than 1, among which only Harbin and Qiqihar in rural-town scenario had the supply capacities below 1.5. The supply capacities of Qitaihe, Yichun and Mudanjiang were between 1 and 1.5 in rural scenario but below 1 in rural-town scenario, indicating that the integrated supply mode could be considered in rural areas in these divisions, but the crop residues were inadequate for supplying living heat in towns. The supply capacities of Heihe and Daxing'anling in both rural and rural-town scenarios were below 1, indicating insufficient crop residues for spreading the integrated supply mode.%文章提出了一种基于秸秆固化、干馏气化和秸秆锅炉技术的生活热能复合供应模式.该模式具有提高居民生活品质、替代化石燃料、节约一次能源、改善室内外环境等优点,还可提高供能可靠性并实现经济收益.该模式在黑龙江省的资源可行性评估表明:位于松嫩平原和三江平原的8个地级行政区秸秆资源丰富,为非常适宜区和适宜区,农村和村镇两种情景下的供应能力均大于1,仅哈尔滨和齐齐哈尔在村镇情景下的供应能力小于1.5;七台河、伊春和牡丹江在农村情景下的供应能力均大于1,但小于1.5,村镇情景下的供应能力小于1,表明该模式可在这3个地区的农村采用,但不足以再供应城镇生活用热;黑河和大兴安岭在农村和村镇两种情景下的供应能力均小于1,表明这两个地区的秸秆资源较贫乏,不适宜推广该模式.
