13X复合吸附剂在高湿度环境下的吸附性能实验研究

         

摘要

Eight kinds ofcomposite adsorbents by 13Xzeolite molecular with different concentration of CaCl2 and MgCl2solutionsare proposed.The adsorption theory and preparation of the composite adsorbent are presented.And usingconstant temperature and humidity chamber to test the adsorption capacity of compound adsorbent with a temperature of 30℃ and relative humidof 90%.Experiment results show:The adsorption capacity of the compound adsorbent was higher than that of the commonly used 13x adsorbent,and the adsorption capacity of the compound adsorbent increased with the increase of the concentration of the CaCl2 and MgCl2 solutions.The adsorption capacity of the compound adsorbent prepared by MgCl2 solution was higher than that of%提出了8种由13X沸石分子筛和不同CaCl2、MgCl2浓度的溶液制备的复合吸附剂,介绍了配制方法,分析了吸附湿空气中水蒸气的原理.并用恒温恒湿箱模拟温度30℃ ,相对湿度90%的高湿度环境下,来测试复合吸附剂的吸附量,实验表明:复合吸附剂的在120h内的吸附量高于常用的13X吸附剂,而且复合吸附剂的吸附量随着CaCl2、MgCl2溶液浓度的升高而增加,使用MgCl2溶液制备的复合吸附剂的吸附量高于用CaCl2溶液制备的复合吸附剂的吸附量.最高吸附量Mg4可以达到0.18g/g,是13X的1.3倍.在开始的4h,复合吸附剂吸附速率低于13X,而后复合吸附剂的吸附速率高于13X,在96h时刻,吸附量最高的Mg4吸附量为0.164g/g,吸附量最少的13X为0.13g/g,在4~96h时间段内,相对吸附量差为0.059g/g.
