列车空调制冷系统的仿真与分析

         

摘要

This paper introduces the structure of the air conditioning and refrigeration units on the train,uses one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster to model and simulate the air conditioning and refrigeration system.The rated condition of the performance simulation result is compared with the experimental data to verify the accurateness of simulation.Then the simulation of other conditions,to analyze the input power,cooling capacity,temperature changes of the refrigeration system,so as to understand the various components,state and the performance of the system.Through simulation of the System performance,provide the basis of optimization and improvement of the system design.%介绍了列车空调制冷机组的结构,利用一维流体仿真分析软件Flowmaster对列车用空调制冷系统进行建模和仿真。将额定工况的性能仿真结果与试验数据对比,验证仿真的准确性。同时对制冷系统的其它工况进行仿真,分析制冷系统的输入功率、制冷量、温度等的变化情况,以便了解系统各组件的运行状态与性能。为系统的优化和改进设计,提供依据。
