The paper is based on the assessment of a ground source heat pump system demonstration project, analyses its problems of design, construction and the management: larger ER value and lower COP value, and discuss 3 design technical measures and other solutions.%结合对某地源热泵系统示范工程的测评，分析了地源热泵空调系统输送能效比偏大、机组COP值偏小以及在设计、施工和运行管理中存在的问题，并讨论了三种设计技术措施和施工与运行管理的解决方案。
