Based on the indoor and outdoor meteorological parameters, air heat exchange theory model is established, and an evaluation of air heat exchange that relative energy saving rate is proposed. The performance of energy-saving effects used by air heat exchanger in six typical urban communication base station of different thermal partition is analyzed, and the influence of relevant parameters are analyzed. The results shows that while the EER of air conditioning is large, available time of air heat exchange decrease, and the relative energy saving ratio is low. Sensible heat efficiency increasing can significantly grow the available time and increase the relative energy saving rate. Design temperature rising may not be able to achieve significant energy efficiency, and we can consider the different temperature settings in regions with different climate conditions or months.%建立了基于通信基站内外空气参数的热交换理论模型,提出了空气热交换节能评价指标—相对节能率。应用该指标对我国不同热工分区下的6个典型城市通信基站热交换装置的节能效果进行了研究,并分析了相关参数的影响规律。结果表明:空调能效越大,热交换可利用时间减少,相对节能率降低;显热效率的增大能显著延长热交换可利用时间并在一定程度上提高相对节能率;设计温度的升高不一定能取得显著的节能效益,对于不同区域的气候条件和不同的运行月份,可以考虑不同的温度设置。
