热流计在低温绝热管道漏热量测试中的应用

摘要

In the periodic inspection of cryogenic heat-insulation pipeline,it is difficult to carry out the online and accurate measurement of heat leakage.In this paper,the heat leakage testing method based on the heat flow meter is proposed,which can realize the on-line measurement of heat leakage of the pipeline.Meanwhile,by comparing the heat leakage testing results with the heat flow meter method and the flow meter method,the reliability of the testing results with the heat flow meter method is proved.%在低温绝热管道的定期检验中,现有标准规定的方法难以实施在线而又精确的漏热量测量.提出基于热流计测量法的低温管道漏热量测量,可实现管道在管线上免拆装的漏热量在线测量.通过比较分别采用热流计法和流量计法的管道漏热量测试结果,证明了热流计法测试结果的可靠性.
