PURPOSE: A structure of cold insulation material of piping for transferring low-temperature material is provided to completely prevent inflow of air and vapor from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A structure of cold insulation material of piping for transferring low-temperature material includes a stepped joining part(150) formed between an inner insulating layer(120) and a central insulating layer(130). A joining part of an outer insulating layer(140) has a gap(200), and polyurethane undiluted solution is injected into the gap. A first vapor blocking film(160) is interposed between the central insulating layer and the outer insulating layer and coated with polyethylene at both sides, and the inside of the first vapor blocking film is made of adhesive aluminum sheet. A second vapor blocking film(170) is connected on the outer insulating layer, and is manufactured by coating and hardening FRP, which is made by impregnating glass mat and yarn cloth to polyester resin.
