宝钢湛江钢铁高炉系统耐火材料的配置与应用

摘要

介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司炼铁厂2座5050 m3高炉本体(包括炉缸、风口及其以上区域)、出铁场、热风炉(包括热风炉本体、热风管道及其他管道)的耐火材料配置和使用情况,以及运行一年多来的应用效果,指出了通过精心操作及有效的长寿管理与维护,有望实现高炉长寿的设计目标.%Configuration and application of refractories for the furnace body(including hearth,tuyere and the area above the tuyere),cast house,and hot blast stove(including the stove body,hot air duct,and other ducts)of two 5 050 m3blast furnace systems were introduced.The application result of one-year running was also mentioned.It is pointed out that by elaborate operation and effective management and mainte-nance,the long life of blast furnaces can be realized.
