无焰燃烧技术在环形套筒窑中的应用

摘要

介绍了无焰燃烧技术及研究现状,对环形套筒窑下燃烧室的流动和传热进行了模拟分析,通过对比模拟环形套筒窑下燃烧室改造前后的燃烧情况,获得了实现燃烧室内无焰燃烧的理论基础。%This paper introduces the flameless combustion technology and its study status.A simulation analysis is made on the air flow and heat transfer in combustor of annular lime kiln.Comparing the combustion states before and after modification of the combustor in annular lime kiln,the theoretical basis for realizing flameless combustion in the combustor is concluded.
