延长套筒窑炉龄寿命控制措施浅析

摘要

邢钢套筒窑于2005年2月份建成投产,2008年6月份停炉大修过一次,第一代炉龄寿命3.42年；第二代炉龄寿命到2013年12月底,已经稳定运行5.41年,较第一代炉龄有了明显的提高。本文结合套筒窑第二代炉龄生产实践进行简要分析,指出套筒窑炉龄寿命的几点主要控制措施,为今后套筒窑生产提供了一些参考。%BASK of Xing steel was put into operation in Februry 2005,and overhauled in June 2008. The first kiln was used for 3. 42 years. Compared with the first,the second kiln has been significantly improved and lasted for 5. 41 years till December 2013. The paper analyzed the production process of the second BASK and proposed several control measures for prolonging furnace life as a reference for future BASK production.
