炼化企业实现可持续发展方案研究

摘要

This paper expounded the opportunity and challenge faced by oil refining&chemical enterprises at present ,made discussion and research on the realization of sustainable development of oil refining & chemical enterprises. The result showed that,only by strengthening risk prevention and control,steadily promoting safety and environmental protection performance,enhancing production operation ability,paying attention to quality benefit,realizing new breakthrough in tapping potentialities and increasing profit,realizing new innovation drive,orderly boosting the strategy of revitalizing enterprise with science and technology,consolidating management foundation,injecting new impetus for connotative development as well as ensuring standardized business operation,can the enterprises realize sustainable development.%文中阐述了当前炼化企业实现可持续发展面临的机遇与挑战，对炼化企业实现可持续发展方案进行了论述和研究。结果表明，炼化企业只有加强风险防控，稳步提升安全环保绩效，增强生产运行能力，注重质量效益，挖潜增效实现新的突破，实施创新驱动，有序推进科技兴企战略，夯实管理基础，为企业发展注入新动力。同时要保障业务规范运行，才能实现炼化企业的可持续发展。
