大型氮肥厂仪表风系统的优化改造

摘要

合成氨仪表风系统是化肥生产的主要供风装置，气源的可靠性和干燥器能否稳定运行，关系到全厂仪表系统及执行机构的正常运行。某化肥厂通过采用“空气余热干燥技术”和并联小空压机气源的方法，对原仪表风系统进行了改造，仪表风稳定性明显提高。%Synthetic ammonia instrument air system is the main air supplying system for chemical fertilizer production ,the reliability of the air source and the stable operation of the dryer is related to the normal operation of the instrument systems and actuators in the whole plant. A chemical fertilizer plant uses“air waste heat drying technique”and the method of parallel small air compressor’s air source,made modification to the original instrument air system,the stability of the instrument air increased significantly.
