CNG加气站建设设计方案分析

         

摘要

汽车采用CNG(压缩天然气)作为燃料越来越受到人们的认同,各地纷纷筹建CNG加气站。文中分析了建设CNG加气站时,采用CNG液压撬装子站增压方式和CNG车载瓶组拖车储气手段的加气工艺流程的可行性。结果表明,该方案较传统的压缩机加固定储气瓶组的加气工艺流程,具有安全可靠、投资少、自动化程度高、操作较简单、施工期短等优点。%Using CNG(compressed natural gas)as fuel for motor vehicle is getting attention increasingly. CNG gas station construction is planed from place to place. The feasibilities of adopting hydraulic device prizing CNG station supercharging and CNG vehicle trailer gas bottle group for CNC gas station construction is analyzed. Compared with the traditional compressorplus fixed gas bomb group process,the proposed process has the advantages of safety and reliability,small investment,highly automation;ease of operation,short construction time.
