焦油气化炉表面温度成像报警系统的应用

文中分析了某丁辛醇造气装置焦油气化炉的运行工况，提出了该气化炉表面测温的具体实施方案。阐述了红外热成像仪的工作原理、红外热成像系统硬件功能及软件功能。%This paper analyzed the operation condition of tar gasifier in a 2EH plant, put forward the specific implementation scheme of the gasifier surface temperature measurement, and expounded the working principle of the infrared imaging instrument and the hardware and software functions of the infrared thermal imaging system.
