Large area of old basements ofmetamorphic volcanic series,andmagmatic and sedimentary rocks of differ-ent ages are existing in China.They are lo-cated at the junction of plates.Especially,China is rich in Mesozoic granite rockswhich are closely related to nonferrousmetals ore deposits,and favourable for theformation of tungsten,titanium,rare—earths and antimony ore deposits.Tungsten and antimony ores of Chinaare world famous.Titanium andrare—earths ores have now caught up andsuroassed the two firsts.Geological pros-
