Contributions must be written in English only. They should have an abstract in English.They should be submitted in duplicate (triplicate, if possible) to the Editorial Office (Address:2, Xinjiekouwai Street, Beijing 100088, China). The authors will receive the final answer ofacceptance or rejection from the Editorial Office. The submission of a paper will be taken toinply that the author has satisfied himself that no copyright will thereby be infringed. Uponacceptance of an article by the journal, the author(s) will be asked to transfer copyright of thepublisher. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
