京沪高速铁路济南西站站房超长无缝结构施工技术

     

摘要

Considering the super-long and super-wide 192. 3 mx107m structure, consisting of part of the underground passageway and high elevated waiting hall of Ji'nan west railway station, this paper introduces the technique of jointless construction of reinforced concrete structure, following the principle of concrete shrinkage compensation and adopting the technology of expansion reinforcing bands. Successful application of the technology avoided the post construction treatment for the later-casted concrete parts, saved working time and the space for the later-casted parts.%京沪高速铁路济南西站地下通廊及高架候车厅部分192.3 m×107m的超长超大结构,在施工中利用混凝土补偿收缩原理,采用膨胀加强带施工技术,实现了超长钢筋混凝土的无缝施工.成功运用此技术避免了处理后浇带占用操作空间的缺点,节省了工期.结合济南西站超长结构无缝施工进行了施工总结.
