哈尔滨至齐齐哈尔铁路客运专线(以下简称哈齐客专)是我国在高纬度严寒地区修建的第一条客运专线铁路.针对严寒地区的自然环境、气象条件等特点,为满足无砟轨道桥梁对结构变形和耐久性的严格要求,需要充分考虑极端气温低、年温差大的问题,选择合理的设计原则和设计方法.在桥梁设计中既关注主体结构,又兼顾附属结构设计.结合哈齐客专项目中的具体工点,介绍设计采取的技术措施,为严寒地区铁路客运专线桥梁设计提供实践经验.%The Harbin-Qiqihar Passenger-dedicated Line is the first passenger-dedicate line built in high latitude severe cold regions in china. For the natural environment and weather condition characteristics in severe cold regions, to meet the strict requirements of structural deformation and durability of ballastless track bridge, the problems of extreme low temperature and big annual temperature difference should be considered adequately so as to choose the design principle and design method reasonably. In the design of the bridge, designer should not only concern with the main structure, but also take into account the subsidiary structure. In combination with a specific project on Harbin-Qiqihar Passenger - dedicated Line, the article introduces the technical measures taken in the design so as to accumulate experiences for bridge design of railway passenger-dedicated line in severe code regions.
