塞拉利昂矿区铁路矿石装车站布置方案

         

摘要

When railway transport is used for ore mining, it is necessary to build a railway loading station. Because there are various layout schemes for a railway loading station, it is necessary to determine a layout scheme in combination with the loading technology, station topography, mining area planning and the transport volume. This study took the ore loading station of the mine railway in Sierra Leone as an example, and analyzed the layout schemes of the loading station with different loading technologies, on the premise of satisfying the requirements of transport volume, mining area planning and topography condition. In addition, the basic work flow as well as the advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed for every loading technology and every layout scheme. Eventually, a preliminary layout scheme of this ore loading station was recommended in this study, which is a ring-form centralized-loading layout scheme with quantitative loading facility technology.%当矿山开采采用铁路运输时,需设铁路装车站;铁路装车站的布置形式多样,需结合装车工艺、车站地形、矿区规划及运量采用合适的方式。以塞拉利昂铁路矿石装车站为例,在满足运量、矿区规划,地形条件前提下,分析不同装车工艺下的车站布置形式,并分析各装车工艺、布置形式的大致作业流程及优缺点,最后初步建议采用集中装车方案下的定量装车设备工艺环形布置方案。
