电液转辙机油压油位及视频缺口监测系统的设计与实现

摘要

利用各种传感器采集转辙机表示缺口图像（静态）、视频（动态）、转辙机动作电流、转辙机内环境温度、环境湿度、电液转辙机液压系统油缸压力、液压油液位等信息。通过监测软件对收到的图像、数据等进行保存、识别、分析并记录，一旦发现异常可自动给出告警信息，还可在监测系统测试终端机（即工控机）显示相应的油压、油位、转辙机机内温度、湿度、动作电流等数据。%The paper introduces a monitoring system using various sensors to collect information of the switch machine such as indication gap image (static), video (dynamic), action current, temperature, humidity, cylinder pressure and hydraulic oil level of electrohydraulic switch machines. Through saving, identifying, analyzing and recording the images and data received by monitoring software, the monitoring system will automatically give alarm information in case of ifnding abnormal conditions, it also can display the relevant oil level, oil pressure, the temperature, humidity, action current of the switch machine on the testing terminal.
