无人机航拍在铁路事故救援中应用思考

         

摘要

As implementing the rescue from a railway accident, it will play an important role for commanding accident operations to send the images/pictures of the accident scene into the control center in time. If a compact Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is used to photograph the accident scene and send in real-time the relevant images/pictures into the control center over 3G/4G virtual privacy network, the problems such as having a limited visual angle of common image transmission systems and transmitting static images only can be overcome. So UAVs will be applied in railways with a good prospect. The paper introduces the composition of UAV aerial photograph system, the structure and advantages and disadvantages of accident scene image transmission system based on UAVs.%铁路事故救援时,准确及时地将事故现场情况图像传输到指挥中心,对指挥救援决策有重要作用。基于小型无人机航拍事故现场图像,并利用3G/4G通信网的虚拟专用网络将实时图像传输到事故指挥中心,能够克服过往图像传输系统视角有限,只能传送静态图等问题,应用前景好。介绍了无人机航拍系统的构成,及基于无人机的事故现场图像实时传输系统构成及优缺点。
