22型客车腐蚀超限原因及车辆防腐蚀措施

摘要

This article describes the situation of 22-Type Passenger wagon scrapped due to the excessive corrosion of carbody during the renovating.The authors analyze the causes resulting in corrosion and scrapping from the aspects of carbody structure,main corrosion parts,carbody materials,vehicle utilization,performance of protective paint and system,and give measures and recommendations to improve corrosion resistance of carbon steel vehicle.%介绍22型客车翻新改造中因车体腐蚀超限而报废的车辆情况,从车体结构、主要腐蚀部位、车体材料、车辆运用、防护漆性能及体系方面分析造成腐蚀报废的原因,提出改进碳钢车辆防腐性能的措施及建议。
