电气化铁路用压接式接触线电连接线夹试验分析与研究

摘要

从接触网用压接式接触线电连接线夹的技术条件、成型机理及影响因素等方面入手,利用理论计算和试验验证等手段,分析电连接线夹产生松脱及裂纹的原因。同时,对进口及国产电连接线夹的化学成分、物理性能、机械性能、电学性能和压接工艺进行了试验和研究,并提出改进建议。%Starting from the technical conditions, formation mechanism and influencing factors, and by using theoretical calculation and experimental verification, the authors analyze the causes resulting in loosing and cracks in the electric connecting clamps. Meanwhile, the authors carry out experiments and studies on the chemical composition, physical properties, mechanical features, electrical properties and press joint technology of domestic and foreign electric connecting clamps, and give improvement suggestions.
