With a view to bloated concrete accidents that has occurred to bridge template in recent years, the paper introduces the template supporting system design requirements as specified in Code for Construction of Concrete Structures(GB 50666—2011). It analyses the way to calculate the Max. lateral pressure exerted by concrete to template,discusses the influence of pouring height on template design. By referring to relevant foreign standards and combining the actual situation of construction site,the paper puts forward problems existing in current domestic standard template design theories and concrete construction,gives a suggestion to restrict the once-through pouring height of vertical structures to avoid bloated concrete.%针对近年发生的大桥模板胀模事故,介绍GB 50666—2011《混凝土结构工程施工规范》模板支撑体系设计要求,分析混凝土对模板最大侧压力的计算方法,讨论混凝土浇筑高度对模板设计的影响。参考国外相关标准,结合施工现场实际情况,提出当前国内标准模板设计理论和混凝土施工存在的问题,提出限制竖向结构物单次混凝土浇筑高度的建议,以减少胀模事故的发生。
